This visual timetable was created in collaboration with a diverse focus group of 12 adults, including autistic and ADHD individuals, parents of neurodivergent teens and tweens, and caregivers. Their insights shaped a planner that’s not just functional but also empathetic to the challenges of managing daily life without feeling overwhelmed.

Why picture-based communication?
When emotions are high or our brains are overwhelmed, language is often the first thing to disappear.
These boards allow children and adults to:

I let my Son (9) open the planner when it arrived and he was so pleased with it. It's given him the ability to be a little more independent and take on that responsibility of managing his routines without getting overwhelmed or frustrated. He sets all his tokens up ready for the next day himself. We've been using it for almost a couple of weeks now and it's made such a difference! Instead of me having to keep track of everything he has to do I just have to say, have you checked / completed your planner! He loves it as I'm not "nagging" (his words!) him and I love it as it's released some of my own mental load. I also love the magnetic tokens as he is neurodivergent I don't think he would have coped with the velcro (noise/sensation). I had considered a routine board before but dismissed them because of the velcro. I love that we can also write things if needed and Kim suggested a separate board for spare tokens which was a great call to keep the board clear and not overwhelming. His younger sister (age 3) now also wants one! I think it will be a great gift for her for when she starts school in September with a new unfamiliar routine to manage. Great versatile lovely product, but for a child with ADHD it's made a huge impact - thanks so much!
My daughter (4)has (as yet undiagnosed) adhd and constantly worries about what's happening and what we are doing and who we are seeing and in the week we've had this she has already been able to reassure herself of what is happening next using this board. She has loved helping to put on the counters and change them to the done section. Kim has designed these perfectly and they are so customisable. Honestly can't fault them.
