How we work

As a self-employed mum for over seven years, I’ve found a system that keeps our home life balanced while ensuring clear expectations for my lovely customers.

Here’s how it works:

🖌️ Monday – I design all outstanding orders.
🛠️ Tuesday – We spend the day in the office prepping, making, and getting everything ready to go.
📦 Wednesday – Orders are packed and dropped off for shipping.

This schedule runs like clockwork 99% of the time!

So, if you place an order on a Thursday, it will be designed the following Monday, made on Tuesday, and shipped on Wednesday.

This system keeps things running smoothly, and I really appreciate your understanding — it allows me to balance family life while creating something special for you. ❤️

You will recieve a dispatch email once a label has been placed on your order (please check your junk).

Where is my order?

I totally get it — you're excited to receive your order, and I'm just as excited to get it to you!

Here's how our process works:

📦 Wednesday – Orders are packed and shipped.

If you've ordered after our Wednesday drop-off, your order will be designed the following Monday and shipped the following Wednesday.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a dispatch email with tracking details (if applicable). If it’s been longer than expected or you have any concerns, please feel free to reach out — I'm always happy to help! 😊

My order is damaged, what do I do?

Oh no, it's so frustrating when this happens! I'm so sorry your order didn’t arrive in the condition it left us in.

Please send clear photos of the damage to my contact email address within 14 days of delivery, and I'll do my best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Your satisfaction means a lot to me, and I’ll make sure we get things sorted for you. ❤️

Can I purchase extra tokens later on?
Of course! Any lost or additional tokens can be purchased at any time under the extras and spares section.

Returns policy
We offer a refund to customers if you have told us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you want to cancel. You then have another 14 days to return the goods once you have notified us. They must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
