I'm currently doing CBT, and this really fits in with what I've been learning. I'm hoping to show it to my therapist when I have my next session. It's been interesting to look at as id never heard of the fawn section before. It took me a little while to work it out but it really helps you to unravel what's happening in your mind/body. Going to be an amazing tool for me to use with my daughter too and I definitely have people in mind I want to reccomend it too aswell. Thanks Kim

I bought the key ring for my 12 year old daughter, the quality is amazing and the leaflet to explain how to use it is so thorough.
She hasn’t use it much yet, but she’s keeping it close by ready for when she’s feeling overwhelmed or anxious.

There’s so many tokens for anything you might need. I’ve spoken to the team when I couldn’t find something and they’ve always been so helpful. I couldn’t do without their products!

It his helped my boys so much for brushed there teeth they know now to go to there wee Chart and put the wee tooth things onto to show they hve brush there teeth.
