Engaging Visuals for Mindful Kids

Such a great idea to help children manage their big feelings! We've been using this over the weekend and can already see the difference in how quickly my daughter is able to calm down.

Absolutely love this. It's helping our little daughter start to understand her week and when she's with us/when she has to be at nursery etc. Helping her make some sense of when and why things are happening. She also loves to play with it and make her own week! Lovely customer service too.

I let my Son (9) open the planner when it arrived and he was so pleased with it. It's given him the ability to be a little more independent and take on that responsibility of managing his routines without getting overwhelmed or frustrated. He sets all his tokens up ready for the next day himself. We've been using it for almost a couple of weeks now and it's made such a difference! Instead of me having to keep track of everything he has to do I just have to say, have you checked / completed your planner! He loves it as I'm not "nagging" (his words!) him and I love it as it's released some of my own mental load. I also love the magnetic tokens as he is neurodivergent I don't think he would have coped with the velcro (noise/sensation). I had considered a routine board before but dismissed them because of the velcro. I love that we can also write things if needed and Kim suggested a separate board for spare tokens which was a great call to keep the board clear and not overwhelming. His younger sister (age 3) now also wants one! I think it will be a great gift for her for when she starts school in September with a new unfamiliar routine to manage. Great versatile lovely product, but for a child with ADHD it's made a huge impact - thanks so much!

Fantastic product - this has been great in my work.

Solves my problem of walking into a room and immediately forgetting what I’m in there for! I use this in combination with my magnetic visual daily planner, moving the tokens from the A3 board to this small card throughout the day. It helps me stay on task because I can easily carry it around with me and avoid the “out of sight, out of mind” problem. I added a clip so I can attach it to my clothes, or it’s small enough (credit card sized) that you can put in your pocket to be more discreet if you’d like. Great tool for neurodivergent adults!
